First off, pictures are very misleading. Pictures of Different locations are advertised as being the Miami location. There is no balcony. We are not even allowed to walk around the neighborhood. was instructed that we were able to stand in the back yard if we wanted to go outside. Outside seating and a balcony was a big deal to me so obviously I asked if that was Offered before booking and I was told that it was.
