.The pest control guy called to let us know that he was on his way. The time he was coming was not the set time that we scheduled when we set up service. Then when they are supposed to contact us back but they don't and when we call and leave a message they don't return calls. Not a good business practice.
This company is Great! Brandon D. is our technician. We just recently moved into our brand new home. Initially they had come out to spray for bugs, then we got infested with Asian beetles, he again came out and took care of that problem then the mother of all problems.... Mice, we tried on our own. However one call to Alpha Home Pest Control and Brandon was out the next day to set the traps. Needless to say these guys really do care about your bug/pest control!! I can't rave enough about these guys! Fantastic company with a great culture and commitment to community. I had them out to my house this week as I've been dealing with an overabundance of ants and earwigs. I couldn't seem to find anything that was safe for my family and pets AND would get rid of everything. Not to mention, I've got wasps and even a mouse!!
