My family had a good experience at this practice. Mercy was very helpful.
Absolutely useless doctor. It's been a year since my diagnosis and she has not taken my problems or questions seriously once, just endlessly prescribing me useless medicines that haven't helped. When asking for stimulants she will treat you as if you are a drug seeking junkie. She gladly took my money for over a year (self-pay, no insurance) and didn't provide me with the adequate medicine once. My son has been seeing by Ms. Mercy for a couple of years now. She is one of the best nurse psychiatrists practitioner we have seen and we have been all over medical center ,Katy and surrounding areas. She is very understanding and kind. Thank you for always being there.
A very experienced and patient Psychiatric nurse practitioner, she is highly understanding and devoted, she is a very good listener, she doesn't jump to conclusion even though she has seen similar cases, she believes everyone comes with a different issue, she is just amazing.
