I visited Alpha Health Clinic last year and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The most serious issue was that my son had the wrong tooth removed during a procedure. Recently, when I asked about it to Dr Mario, I was told that “maybe the adult tooth never developed,” which is completely false. The adult tooth was removed almost two years ago and should never have been extracted. The clinic also felt far more focused on money than patient care. I would like to sincerely thank Dr Marios and Ersin for all the care and support they provided during my wife’s treatment. Can’t put in words how amazing this dentistry centre is, the bedside manner, the comfort and attention to detail , even just in the reception area… water was offered, I was met with a gorgeous welcoming into the practice. Highly recommended.
Alpha health has been my main dental for over 10 years. Marios and team are always professional and provide a positive atmosphere! Highly recommended.
