AMAZING....... First off, I cannot say enough about Serge.....very responsive, curteous, and honest!!!!! I called in with an inquiry and within less 15 minutes received a phone call saying that Serge was on his way. Upon arrival, Serge assest the situation and have a number of options to solve my problem. In less than an hour my problem was solved!!! Thank you again Serge, I cannot thank you enough!!!! Called Alpha One Services at 7:40 PM as my garage door torsion springs just broke and door would not open. Requested immediate repair and the tech arrived at around 9:50 PM. Tech surveyed the repair needed and provide a reasonable quote. Work was completed within the hour. They were prompt and arrived when indicated. Performed work in a professional manner and my door is now working again. Thanks for the fantastic service.
