He passed on my contract, sold the company and lied to the new existing company that I had a 36 month contract. After one year I wanted to cancel in the new company will only go by what alpha dog sold them. Alpha dog who is not a professional company, they lied to the customers and miss represented their product.
I am giving my technician, Jason 5 stars as he was very helpful and professional. I am giving Sean and Nick at the Hi-tech office 1 star based on an invoicing issue that I was told would be no charge, but received an invoice via email for $101. Sean promised to call me back twice over a week time-span and did not. Nick tried to bribe me by lowering my service call invoice (which I was never told about or agreed to) if I would commit to an $18/month plan with them. The professionalism, skill, knowledge, and attention to detail demonstrated by Vic the installer, as well as Brian the owner, who stopped by to assist with the 85" TV are beyond reproach.
