He passed on my contract, sold the company and lied to the new existing company that I had a 36 month contract. After one year I wanted to cancel in the new company will only go by what alpha dog sold them. Alpha dog who is not a professional company, they lied to the customers and miss represented their product.
I am giving my technician, Jason 5 stars as he was very helpful and professional. I am giving Sean and Nick at the Hi-tech office 1 star based on an invoicing issue that I was told would be no charge, but received an invoice via email for $101. Sean promised to call me back twice over a week time-span and did not.
