I am beyond frustrated with Ultra Dental. I went in yesterday specifically for a retainer scan. I was very clear that I already have a general dentist and only needed the retainers. They took my $150 down payment did the scan, and led me to believe everything was moving forward. Then, the very next day, they texted me saying my retainers were "on hold" and they wouldn't process them unless I came back in for a full exam and X-rays—something I never agreed to. I broke one of my teeth this past week. Scheduled an emergency appointment. The doctor and her staff were very gentle and made the extraction and graft process quick and painless. I have a fear of dentists and the staff have completely erased my fear with how gentle and compassionate they were with my teeth. This is the only dentist I will trust.
Dr. Yasso and his Staff were Awesome. They put me very much at ease and explained everything they were gonna be doing step by step. Daisy thoroughly explained my treatment plan and went over all of my options. Will be back for all me dental work. Can't recommend this place enough. Thank You.
