I honestly cannot say enough nice things about Alpha Dental in Fall River. I have seen both dentists at the office and they are both fantastic and friendly. The staff as a whole are super nice. I have seen MANY dentists in my 39 years, and these are by far the best I have seen! They make me feel very comfortable and make sure every visit is pleasant. I highly recommend this office!!
The team at Alpha Dental always makes sure I'm first of all comfortable, secondly always educated and prepared for any procedure and last but not least, make sure I leave a happy (smiling) customer. They're professional, courteous, caring and accommodating, and it doesn't get better than that!
Switched to Alpha about a year and a half ago. Jenna, my hygienist, thoroughly cleans my teeth every time. She always demonstrates professionalism in her field and is very gentle on the gums to say the least. Kiani (sorry if I mispelled the name) at the front desk was kind and promptly wished me a good day after scheduling another cleaning. I'm glad my old dental office stopped accepting my insurance.
