I am new at this office and I have to admit it is different! I like it a lot. During visit I don't feel like I am one of number of patients there with mouth wide opened waiting for Dr Kelly to show up. She finds a lot of time to spend with patient and does not rush through. She even walks you to the door! Work is quoted (including insurance amount) while you lay on the chair and presented to you on the monitor, so you can make decision right before treatment. The experience with Wellspring is ALWAYS a positive one. They are very professional and personable (a combination that is missing in all previous dental offices). They spend the time to explain what they are doing and help in deciding how to best prepare for procedures (dental and financial options). Somehow they make the drilling and facial contortions less memorable than the upbeat friendly exchanges. You walk away knowing you have been cared for!
I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years due to no insurance. I went in for a cleaning and it was painless. Actually looking forward to going back in six months.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed by the staff being very attentive and very courteous. There was a slight wait of 10 minutes but they kept me posted and apologized for the wait.
