The staff was very welcoming and knowledgable. I got in right away and was treated with great respect. The staff was also well versed with my insurance, so there was no financial surprises. I can't say enough good things about these wonderful people!
I am really glad to have found Dr Whelan after having moved to the area from another state and leaving a great dentist behind. The office is very clean and bright, and the staff very welcoming. The office was easy to find, and the staff very personable. It was a friendly, professional office. I also liked that I was not pushed into buying things, or being told I needed specialized treatments with a hefty price. Rather, I was given options of things I could do if I chose. Educating me rather than telling me what they will do. It was nice to have a choice at a dental office for once. Dr. Wheelan was extremely nice and easy to talk to. She was the first dentist I felt I could actually be open with about the pain I was having whether it be in or out of the dentist office. She was welcoming and instead of scolding for poor habits merely reinforced the importance by listening to the reasons behind those habits and providing alternatives.
I never feel rushed and the procedures are clearly explained to me. Great attention to detail.
