This was my second visit to Wellspring. My dental visit went very well. The service I received was professional and my dental well being, I believe, was the foremost interest of both Melanie and Dr. Chan. I am pleased.
My initial consult was very pleasant. The staff took the time to explain my treatment options to me. I was pleased that a pre-treatment plan with anticipated insurance coverage was on-hand. This will help me in my decision-making.
I am a new patient to this practice. I have been to many dentists prior to coming to Wellspring; most of the dentists that I have seen had staff that were very unfriendly and made me feel like I was not welcome. That all changed when I came here. Not only did the staff greet me with a smile, both of the doctors were friendly and caring. I wish that I had discovered this practice years ago. I would definitely recommend Wellspring Dental Group, however; don't take my word for it- see for yourself!
