My husband and I just recently bought a bike from Marcos at Alha Cycles. We lived 4 hours away and bought the bike unseen over the phone. The process could not have been easier. When we arrived to pick it up Marcos was waiting for us and had everything ready too go. The bike was in beautiful condition and everything it was advertised to be. No nasty surprises on arrival. Bought a motorcycle it had low miles — ended up paying full price as if it was brand new when it was shipped I noticed multiple issues with the bike with noticeable damages when I brought it up to the management /owner they said they’d do something but never did a single thing I do not trust them at all I continued to try and contact the about the issues for 3 months and all they did was ignore me
