The day center is the best. Offers great social/recreation opportunities. The staff are amazing and it’s always a friendly and safe place to go and hang out. They have free coffee and lunches for members. There are opportunities to do boxing, bowling, swimming, walking, tai chi, yoga, painting, puzzles, cooking/baking, short psychosocial programs, etc. There is something for everyone.
