super horrible experience! DO NOT COME HERE! whoever did my oil change did not put the cap back on & i was driving my car around and i didnt notice until a few hours later, popped the hood and there was OIL EVERYWHERE! Owner will not call me back & i left a message! I did get a refund through groupon but it was horrible ! same price as the dealership for a half assed job. First time customer and went for an oil change! Brandon was really communicative and provided great service. I'll be honest I'm not sure if it's the usual but my oil change took wayy longer than it should've been due to my initial appointment being pushed almost an hour, but they were really busy. Aside from that, one of the employees was mid-pulling out my car then stopped halfway to get out and assist someone else that came and Brandon graciously helped! I came for an oil change and was very pleased with Brandon and the rest of the staff!! They were honest and trustworthy. He explained everything beforehand to make sure I wasn’t surprised by any additional charges, if there were any. I highly recommend these guys!
Don't come here. These guys will waste your time.
Joe is very rude and will not stand by their warranty. They outsource and charge higher.
