I’m extremely mad, I’ve been reaching out for a week and can never catch a manager. Worst company ever.
This company has a history of not returning calls. I have been attempting since August 11, 2021 to get my apartment locator paid. I moved in on May 18, 2021 and all I have gotten is the run around. They don't have the decency to contact either my apartment locator or me to say when to expect payment. If you are an apartment locator be cautious when dealing with this company because I sincerely believe they lied to my locator. I live at the Hills @ Leander

I applied at a property and had a deadline to meet. Evidently, my application was was not touched for 1 1/2 months. My Housing Voucher expired and I lost it and the apt., I applied for. Management was oblivious to my need!
Since taking over management of our property, the Burgundy, this company has been almost totally unresponsive to tenant/homeowners. Calling and emailing for simple requests are ignored. Atrocious.
