After seeing Tommy for almost a year, I figured it was finally time to write a review. From the moment you sit in his chair to the moment you leave, he makes you feel seen, comfortable, and confident. He truly knows his craft and, in my opinion, has elevated the barber game to a whole new level. I’ve given this place a fair chance, but Thommy is the reason I won’t be coming back. In person, he’s friendly enough — but over text, he turns into a total keyboard warrior. He changes his own rules on the fly; after canceling ahead of time, I was suddenly told it now had to be three days’ notice instead of 24 hours. When I said I didn’t want a lineup, he went ahead and did one anyway. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. The rest of the shop seems cool, but dealing with Thommy just isn’t worth it.
Been coming to Tommy for a while now, guy never fails to get me right. Your favorite barber’s favorite barber. He pretty much can do any hairstyle well, and is especially good at texturing a middle part (which other barbers haven’t been able to do as well). Gives good life advice too.
I walked in without an appointment and they immediately sat me in a chair. Justin was great and lined me up. Extremely detailed and had great conversation. Highly recommend Justin and Alpha
I consistently leave Alpha Barbershop with the haircut I wanted. As a barber, Tommy understands that communication takes priority. If you can’t describe what you want, that’s on you. Tommy knows what he’s doing. He’s a busy guy. Make sure your texts aren’t wasting his time.
