Alpha Athletics is a truly special environment. For someone like me, who is a total rookie and never been a “gym person” I couldn’t have found a better place to start taking classes. You'll be hard pressed to find a better gym in the greater Pittsburgh area. Not only is the coaching staff incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also conscientious and kind people willing to help you reach your goals. The community is top tier: full of friendly and fun people at all different fitness levels. Personally, I've overcome both physical and mental barriers throughout my 5+ years of experience at Alpha and can't wait for the changes the next 5 years will bring!
I have been a part of the Alpha family for almost 10 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the community and welcoming environment. It is most often the best hour of my day and I can honestly say the coaching staff is very knowledgeable and truly cares about each member! Alpha is a family that welcomes everyone!
Brandon was my personal trainer for almost 2 years before I moved from PA to GA. I truly appreciate everything Brandon did for me! He helped me heal from a horrible ankle injury, he understood I was challenged with low blood pressure issues and could get light-headed very easily, and he accommodated my ever-changing schedule.
