The screw up your prescriptions, say they fix them and don't then let you run out. They never answer the phone. Never respond to messages. Quite frankly this is the worst place I've ever delt with. And I thought Abbe center was bad.
If I could, I would give 0 stars. This place is SO unprofessional. They tell you to text them for quicker communication, but then don't respond. They forget to submit preauthorization for medications and then lie about it "taking extra time." When you tell them you work in the same field and pre-auths don't take that long, they basically tell you to "lose the attitude" and that due to being short staffed it will take longer. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this office. The care is second to none- there have been no billing issues- no scheduling issues- and I feel blessed to get this quality of care through telehealth. Five Stars From Me!
I’ve seen Q. Chambers for a year now. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. Professional. Compassionate, and always available when needed. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for care in the privacy of their own home.
