Although our A/C was less than a year old, it still had issues. Saturday morning, Alpha Air Duct's technician arrived. His assistance was exceptional. The technician was able to quickly resolve the issue and gave excellent explanations.
The technician arrived promptly and called ahead. The technician did a great job replacing our HVAC condensate pumps. Flooding caused water damage in one basement after the original condensate pumps failed. Before flooding, the ducts had been cleaned thoroughly. The next service won't be as difficult, we are sure.
