I want to give a huge shout-out to technician Artur A for the excellent service he provided! Our air conditioning went out late in the evening, and Arthur came to our rescue in less than an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got right to work, and had our AC up and running in no time. Thanks to Artur, our home is nice and cold again! We truly appreciate the fast response, professionalism, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!
ALPHA AIR Excellent HVAC service!!! the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The did a great and made the whole process easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Alpha Air is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
Honesty is an invaluable quality that sets Artur from Alpha Air apart from everyone else. While excellence is important, honesty is what truly distinguishes them.
Very responsive, fair pricing and good service. Arthur was very helpful and its great not to have to deal with a dispatcher and instead deal with the principal of the company. Highly recommend. Although I would check my circuit breaker before calling them. I forgot to do that once and could have saved a service fee. Lol
