It is never a good time for an AC to fail in 110 degree weather in Las Vegas. I immediately called Alpha Air and they came out to diagnose the issue. However, we decided to purchase a whole new AC and Furnace system with a full 10-year warranty for peace of mind versus repairing our old unit. What an amazing company with great communication services for their clients. They constantly kept me informed as to when my service date was, when the technician was approaching, and were perfectly crystal clear when it came time for any needed repairs with upfront invoices and cost showing what work needed to be done and getting my permission before doing the work. There was nothing I could say but great things about this company who did a wonderful job on my air-conditioning system and were so honest and truthful.

Artur was kind and helpful through the whole process. The installation of my new system done in one day and Artur helped me learn the new system. He even showed up early upon my request to accommodate my work schedule. 🙌. I would also like to mention that this company was referred to me through the NextDoor app, where my neighbors had nothing but praise for the service they have received from Alpha.
