Very responsive, fair pricing and good service. Arthur was very helpful and its great not to have to deal with a dispatcher and instead deal with the principal of the company. Highly recommend. Although I would check my circuit breaker before calling them. I forgot to do that once and could have saved a service fee. Lol
Sorry to say I now believe that the negative reviews for Alpha Air are most probably true. Five years ago, this company used to be very good with communication because of Terry, their front office lady. After she left them for whatever reasons, getting somebody to pick up the phone or respond back to leaving a voice message can be hit or miss, especially during the busier summer months. Don't waste your money to buy their extended warranty because Alpha Air won't be there for you when you really need them for that expensive ... read more
