Roberto Lara and his helper did a fantastic job, very professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and even programmed our opener in the car. Would recommend them wholeheartedly!
These guys are great. The door they installed is perfect and they worked until 11:30 tonight to finish. I would recommend alpha 2 doors to any one in need of an overhead door.
Roberto Lara and his company are very professional and do great work. They do first rate work. Our springs broke on our old door and he came when the other companies wouldn't that I called. We couldn't open the door to get our cars out, he made it to where we could manually open it and he installed a new LiftMaster opener and industrial springs as soon as they came in. By the way we don't need remotes, we can open the door with an app from our phones, so he is up to speed with technology as well.
I've had to have the guys come out TWICE because my kids keep closing the garage door on the back hatch of my suburban! It's always RIGHT before we are leaving town for a holiday. They ALWAYS get to the house within an hour and have been able to fix our jacked up frame and door! Can't wait to have a new one installed by these guys in the coming year!
Mr. Lara and his company did a wonderful job on installing two garage doors at our home when almost 5 other companies could not, would not, didn't care or whatever the reason for no call backs but we are glad for that because of the service, kindness, and quality work he did was great. We will recommend and use him again. Thank you.
