Unprofessional
Great experience with these vets over the r Christmas holidays. We were visiting from Port Moody. Our bigger dog attacked our smaller one. The vet stayed past closing to help us out. The damage is already looking a lot better. Thank you.
Our cat, Pumpkin, went to the Dr today, and she was completely at ease. That means a lot. They always show me a breakdown of cost, potential cost, what can wait and what should be done immediately and honour my limits, respectfully. I will also mention that in the past when I had emergencies with my dog, the doctor was quick to respond and helped after hours. Thank you, Alpenlofts Veterinary Hospital...still the best. Pictures were added to show how comfortable Pumpkin was. Highly recommend.
