Find someone else These people are very difficult to work with. They over step their bonds by rendering opinions outside their professional capacity. Not only did they do the appraisal, but they render building and structural findings that they speculated on. The appraisal was worthless, now requires a building and possible structural engineer and an additional reappraisal with an additional $150 fee. I'll never recommend them or use them again!
