I just had my five-year check-in with Dr. Alpan, and it reminded me how grateful I am that I chose Dr. Alpan Orthodontics. I still love my smile just as much as I did when my treatment ended. I have found Dr. Alpan to be very honest, thorough and professional. As a patient for many years who had not been there in some time, I was there today for a complimentary retainer check and after checking my retainers and how they fit and asking me some questions, he made some adjustments and told me that I don't need new retainers at this time, which was great to hear. Great place, good team who makes you feel comfortable and are with you throughout the entire process.
I honestly cant believe how easy it was to get my son’s teeth straight! He’s very lucky to have never experienced old school braces, or pain in his ortho journey thanks to Alpan. We’ve had a great experience and Alpan has been totally worth the drive - highly reccomend
I only write a bad review to save other people. I hate hurting a business, but when they hurt other people I dont have a choice. Dr Alpan will oversell you and ruin your teeth, also the worst service I have seen in a long time. He has a few locations and good luck getting the new retainers when you need them. then they blast you with spam calls and leave long voicemails, I blocked already 5 of the numbers they call from and I still getting calls.
