Rude customer service leaves bitter taste – Having been a frequent customer for the six months since I moved to this district, something must have changed administratively to have allowed this once charming gelateria to maintain a line of high-strung, rude employees. Grrrrreat Ice Cream!!!! – If you are an Ice Cream lover like myself Alotto Gelato is a place you must visit!! The little shop has great customer service and are always willing to let you sample as many flavors as you like with out giving a annoyed look or rolling their eyes as many would do. The walls are painted brightly and the little shop has a very welcoming feel to it.
