AVOID ALORI PROPERTIES Alori Properties has the worst management! I lived in Turnberry Apartments for 5 years, and they NEVER came to fix anything I called about. One time my bathroom ceiling flooded, and they took over a month to fix the hole in my ceiling and did nothing to remove the mildew and mold that developed. And man, do they nickel and dime you when you leave- I was even charged for those items I called maintenance about! Worst Apartment in North Campus Don't live in Turnberry. You will encounter a mouse a week and it takes about 3-4 days for someone to clean up it's bloody mess. The rent is so cheap for a reason.
