I hired Alore Inc. for rehearsal and day-of coordination for my wedding. Leading up to the event, Ana was responsive and answered most of my questions, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to learn that I would never actually meet Ana in person, despite communicating with her throughout the entire planning process. At the rehearsal, we were introduced to a new coordinator who had been CC’d on emails, so I assumed she would be up to speed and capable of running things smoothly.
