I’m so excited to own a Pulte home. I’ve never experienced the level of quality control and communication in any construction experience I’ve had in the past. I feel they’re honest and straightforward and always available to help with any need or questions you may have.
Horrible. Nothing is done to minimum standards, let alone done well. Jorge Garcia is great at lip service but completely incompetent/lazy when it comes to doing his job. His boss, Ryan Holmgren, is not any better. If you buy a home here, make sure you factor in the costs of retaining an attorney and the time you’ll spend going through the ROC to force these clowns to actually do their job.

Bottom of the barrel builder. They don’t honor warranty neither do they comply with state not city codes
