They got rid of their pediatric dentist and did not inform me. I waited for 45 minutes for my appointment( I did arrive 10 minutes early) and then the dental hygienist scared the living crap out my daughter. My daughter has had three cleanings with no issues. The first thing the hygienist did was show her the scraper in the mirror which looks like a needle. My daughter was immediately scared and melted down. there was no recovering after never having an issue with the dentist. I do not recommend Alora dentistry after this ex... read more
Dr Mandy is by far the best dentist I have ever had. She is so patient and thorough. I had been avoiding the dentist for years but finally decided to get all of my issues taken care of. She truly cares about her patients. The staff at the front office and the dental assistants have been fabulous also. Both my son and my daughter had their appointments and treatments with the pediatric dentist. They both loved Dr Kim (who is no longer there) and my son still loves going to Dr Doss. Great staff. We go the pediatric dentistry and they have been amazing with my son who has sensory issues and ADHD. Super patient and accommodating. No more fear of the dentist!
Yes I do had a good experience everyone there were great highly recommend Alora
Dr. Das was unable to put a new crown on 31. I had to pay in advance $875 and he was unable to do a professional job. I can’t reach him, I am in pain and my jaw is swollen. He refused to RX pain medication. Now i am on Amoxicillin and and the ‘dentist’ gave me an incorrect email address. He said he would refund my $ but still no refund. I asked for my xrays and Alora’s treatment notes but Rosa said that can take 4 days. TERRIBLE place. I cannot verify his real name or dental license. Nitrous was at 50% ‘by law’ and useless.
At Alora Dentistry all the staff are very friendly and helpful, the services of the work they have done are very good. My whole family attends Alora Dentistry and everyone is always satisfied. They allowed my daughter to practice x-rays for her x-ray certification class and I am very grateful for that. I will recommend Alora to anyone in need of a dentist.
