This firm is deeply and utterly unprofessional. I work for a medical clinic and have been trying to get communication from them for 7 months. Each time I call in, they are unwilling and uninterested to answer any of the questions we have. I have tried emailing and faxing looking for a case update but there have been ZERO EFFORTS.
