Been coming here for yrs, it's difficult to get ahold of anyone. They never answered. Recently I have noticed that there is a new voice that has been answering. And I was shocked when they answered the phone. This particular person that is new in the office that I just got to meet today. Has did a good improvement in that office. For a med-ical office, the Dr's and staff are fast and efficient, perfect for referrals and refills. Ive been going here for a decade and have been happy with the care they provide
This office is terrible. They will never let you or your pharmacist speak with the doctor; because, "the doctor isn't in" ever... Obviously, the patient isn't the main concern. Profit by quantity not quality. The doctor will spend no more than 5 minutes with you.
