I find it hard to believe there can be a bad review for him. I have no idea how this other reviewer had such a bad experience. This is one of the most friendly and professional offices I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Everyone is so sweet. The doctor is great. I just don't see how anyone can have a bad experience here, let alone everything that ladytexan mentioned. Oh well, I guess anyone can have a bad day. My wife and I have been going here for years and have nothing bad to report.
DO NOT LET THIS OFFICE STEAL FROM YOU LIKE THEY DID FROM ME! First of all, my appointment was for 9:30. I showed up at 9:15 and was not called into the optometrist's office until 10:30. I knew it was a bad sign when another patient was arguing with the receptionist when I walked in, but I had already made the appointment and was not sure when I would have another opening in my schedule for an eye exam.
