Everyone is very friendly, except for the lady at the front desk. But I always refer friends to Dr. Alonso. I also really like the hygenist there. The kids feel very comfortable going and the place is very pleasant.
"Going to the dentist" has always been given a negative image and instills a sense of dread. However, going to Dr. Alonso's office is not scary because of the kind people that are there to greet you and talk you through the process.
Very professional care provided in a friendly atmosphere.
I do not understand why all the "repairs" are being recommended as the chips and cracks were NOT seen as worrisome by my previous dentist. Especially now that I wear the occlusions every night?
Having Dr. Alonso as my dentist not only gives me peace of mind but assures me that I will have the best and most honest proposal for whatever dental work I may need. The staff is very nice and always make me feel at ease. I have had very bad experiences with other dentist and the staff here understands that and I don't experience the same level of anxiety that I used too. I love Dr. Alonso and his staff!
I always enjoy visiting this clinic. Dr. Alonso is always courteous, professional and friendly. I receive good service and like the cleanliness of the place. I don't give them five star because for some reason the hygienist is always somebody new and don't know why.

While our current hygienist has been with us for some time now, it is possible that she may have been out on one of the days you visited our office. We have a strong network of hygienists that are able to help us out when our current hygienist is out of the office. We are so glad to have you as a patient and appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback.
I am very happy and please with the work I have had done at the office. The staff and employees are friendly and courteous. They make sure the work being done is as pain free as possible and explain everything that is being done.
