This provider is the one for you if you like one who shows up 20+ minutes late for appointments, even those regarding social security. My mother, who needs mental evaluation for social security, was left waiting excessively for her appointment (due to *Dr Butler’s* tardiness), not once, but TWICE. Very disrespectful, I’d give 0/5 if possible
