I have tasted Carol's food since she had a place on the Post Rd in Fairfield a couple of decades ago. I have also had it at many fundraising events. This was the first time that I had an opportunity to utilize her catering services. The food was delicious and well presented. The salad with the watermelon and feta was out of this world. Amazing on all counts! From appetizers to dessert, everything was to perfection. My favorites were the oven roasted potatoes and the eggplant parmesan but honestly every bite was delicious. Carol prepares with love, especially on this occasion. Thank you Carol.
