Been seeing Alok for about 3 years now. He is very skillful, knowledgeable and I have never been able to find someone that has helped me as much as him. I recommend him to everyone I know!
For years, I have had problems with my right piriformis muscle and sciatica. Acupuncture and injections did not help. Physio did not help. Alok did. He didn't just help, he resolved my problems after 3 treatments. Unbelievable! He is so knowledgable & professional and I cannot recommend Alok highly enough. I only wish I had found him sooner. Alok takes a gentle, well-balanced approach to treatment and has a strong understanding of how the body’s systems are interconnected. He was the only practitioner who was able to release long-standing chest tension affecting my breathing, as well as identify and treat tension in my shoulders and hips related to chronic discomfort.
I injured my back and a few friends recommended him to help fix the issue properly. He treated the problem at the root cause and also recommended exercises and adjustments I can do at the gym to prevent the injury from happening again. He’s very knowledgeable, and I’ll definitely be seeing him again. I’m really glad I found a great osteopath
