I took my newborn (at only 1 month old) to Alok after noticing she preferred turning her head to only one side. After just one session, I saw a big improvement in her range of motion. She was able to turn her head much more easily. I really appreciated his confident and gentle approach. Alok is knowledgeable, takes the time to explain what he’s doing, and was so kind in answering all of my questions. I cannot recommend him enough!
I went to see Alok for my low back pain and I've got to say, I was very impressed! I've been to other osteopaths and he was not like any other. His manual techniques were very gentle yet very effective. I left the session feeling like million bucks! Looking forward to my next session!

Alok is not a typical manual therapist. When you see him and receive your initial assessment, he will make connections that may have never occurred to you, yet make sense of everything you've been experiencing.
