I was referred to Dr Alok Pant by my gynecologist. My husband and I were very impressed from our first consultation itself, having met such a knowledgeable and brilliant doctor. My surgery went well; Dr Pant, his team, and the nurses at Lake Forest Northwestern hospital were extremely caring and considerate.
Screwed up billing and WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS, really? 8 months and still going on. Is this acceptable? I say NO. Must be nice to be this arrogant.
Truly the most caring doctor I have ever had. Not only is he an excellent doctor but he also is patient and kind and has the best relationship with his patients.
Very professional, friendly and understanding. Explains facts and options well without being an alarmist and was matter of fact about the facts. The office itself is great as well. A relative of mine saw him and loved him and I thought he was great as well. Scary subject - he keeps it real.
Dr. Alok Pant is a phenomenal surgeon, physician, and human being! My robotic surgery was a success and he displayed exceptional support to me every step of the way throughout my recovery. Besides all of that, Dr. Pant has a great personality and is very caring. I highly recommend Dr. Alok Pant!
I had a woman gynecologist for 35 years. I had severe fibroids and so much pain and her treatment was putting in an iud at the age of 50 which made everything 100 percent worse. I finally saw Dr.Pant on a recommendation and within one week I had all of my womanly organs OUT!!!!!!!!!!! NO more pain, no more bleeding......no vomiting, nothing. This man saved my sanity. I love him and his staff and I will continue on as his patient forever!!!! TY!!!!!!!

Dr. Pant said hysterectomy was only resolution for large uterine fibroid.He suggested cancer but no biopsy option.I sought resolution elsewhere.I received UFE,which involves a pin-size hole,halting blood supply to fibroid.No surgery.No removal of female organs.Hormones healthy.Surgery is modus operandi for a surgeon even if it isn't in the best interest of the patient.Follow the $.Biggest complaint:No option provided aside from invasive surgery/hysterectomy even when patient asks specifically.
