The associates I dealt with were very nice. Appointments take a while as all doctors. I was spoiled with practice for years, so things change.
He was a good Dr.
I need to find a new doctor in this practice. My normal doctor left the practice. The doctor I saw was nice but I feel didn't give me the attention I was used to.
The visit had no connection, there was no empathy, there was no going the extra mile. It was just a pointless visit.
First time seems nice wish he would smile some
I have been coming to this office since it was first Heights Primary Care. With that said, this past visit was the worst visit I have ever had. The provider didn't address my concerns or ask any questions regarding my ER visit. He just wrote a script for an MRI and X-ray. He was in the room for no longer than 30 seconds. I will never see this provider again.
Minimal level of professionalism.
Not happy with the high corporate-style turn-over of owners of this provider. I feel like a number, not a local, valued patient.
Because he's a very good doctor and I appreciate his time. And the rest of the office girls are nice too. Don't know what you want me to say, but that's it.
