Stayed at Waikiki Banyan 3513 Twr 2 for 17 days , came thru door Strong marijuana smell . Wifes coat and sweater stolen . Lanai filthy , towel rack kept falling apart , needed new paint in bathroom, kitchen faucet about ready to fall apart. Furniture very uncomfortable . Seemed like a old Motel 6
They don't honor their cancelation policy. They will keep your deposit even if you cancel during the window in which they say you can cancel for a refund. They now claim they don't give refunds but their advertisement says they do.
Booked a room at Royal Kuhio via Airbnb for the end of Dec. and early January. Then I received an email notifying me they cancelled my reservation because the listed rate wasn't adjusted for the holiday season. What a bunch of B.S. They should have honored the listed price. Very dishonest and slimy organization. Yes folks that's how they do business. Just because someone's interested in their unit, they decided why not jack up the price and get away with it.
