I met Sauna for a 1 hour corrective massage…I had been experiencing constant pain and loss of range of motion in my left shoulder for over a year, and had tried several other massages. The corrective massages were very helpful, float tank and meditation pod were relaxing.
I’ve been going to Aloha Wellness now for a few months and highly recommend them. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They’re especially good at targeting the areas that cause pain and work hard to resolve those issues. I have also enjoyed my sessions in the floating pod, knowing that I’ll be more relaxed (and toxin-free) at the end.
Aloha Wellness is a standout for corrective massage therapy. This isn’t your typical spa massage — it’s focused, intentional, and truly therapeutic. The staff is warm and professional, and the owner, Sauna, is exceptional. She not only delivers incredible results but also educates you on how to help your body heal. Her passion and care really show. Highly recommend.
Great experience yesterday at Aloha Wellness. The booking process was easy, and when I arrived everything was very clean and well organized. The staff was so friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable. I booked a massage with Sauna, and she was fantastic.
