SunWha at Aloha Wellness is one of the best massage therapists in Charlotte. As a healthcare professional myself, I see Aloha Wellness is one of it's kind with all it has to offer. New and cutting edge treatments that help with all things recovery and relaxation. I am so grateful to have found a place like this in Charlotte! Also it was so easy to book online, and there is actually availability unlike most massage therapists in town with month-long waitlists! Would highly recommend!
I met Sauna for a 1 hour corrective massage…I had been experiencing constant pain and loss of range of motion in my left shoulder for over a year, and had tried several other massages. The corrective massages were very helpful, float tank and meditation pod were relaxing.
I’ve been going to Aloha Wellness now for a few months and highly recommend them. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They’re especially good at targeting the areas that cause pain and work hard to resolve those issues. I have also enjoyed my sessions in the floating pod, knowing that I’ll be more relaxed (and toxin-free) at the end.
Aloha Wellness is a standout for corrective massage therapy. This isn’t your typical spa massage — it’s focused, intentional, and truly therapeutic. The staff is warm and professional, and the owner, Sauna, is exceptional. She not only delivers incredible results but also educates you on how to help your body heal. Her passion and care really show. Highly recommend.
