I wish I could give this place a 10 star review! Sauna has miracle hands! Her massages have helped me tremendously. I have religiously been going to her for the past 6 months and it has been a life changer. She is so knowledgeable and so friendly! I look forward to my sessions every 2-3 weeks. SunWha at Aloha Wellness is one of the best massage therapists in Charlotte. As a healthcare professional myself, I see Aloha Wellness is one of it's kind with all it has to offer. New and cutting edge treatments that help with all things recovery and relaxation. I am so grateful to have found a place like this in Charlotte! I met Sauna for a 1 hour corrective massage…I had been experiencing constant pain and loss of range of motion in my left shoulder for over a year, and had tried several other massages. The corrective massages were very helpful, float tank and meditation pod were relaxing.
I’ve been going to Aloha Wellness now for a few months and highly recommend them. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They’re especially good at targeting the areas that cause pain and work hard to resolve those issues. I have also enjoyed my sessions in the floating pod, knowing that I’ll be more relaxed (and toxin-free) at the end.
