The portable oxygen machine failed in July 2025 while my Mother and family were out celebrating a birthday dinner. The machine literally turned off. NO warning, nothing. We rushed my Morher home to connect her to the machine there. I called Aloha Respiratory for help and even brought in the machine to them the next day. The manager, Paxton Parker, was annoyed that I did not see any sort of message on the machine when it turned off.
