I am not sure that the negative reviews are for this aloha properties, so you may want to confirm the address when leaving a review. I can say for certain thay Peter goes out of his way to help everyone as a true Hawaiin resident does and is so friendly. His wife as well would go out of their way to help. he was hired as a broker and really worked hard in the whole process. Meetings were on time and not no shows. Would highly recommend him for buying amd selling as well as property management. Thanks again
Warning: Do Not Rent from This Company! We had a very bad experience renting a house from them. When we were viewing the property, we noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly. We asked our agent about it, and she told us it had just been turned on, so we trusted her and signed the rental agreement. However, after we moved in, the air conditioning still didn’t work well, even though we mentioned the issue multiple times. They kept saying they would send someone to fix it, but no one ever came.
