Our experience so far is terrible and if this continues, we might file legal action. The crew that built the pool was really professional and nice. After construction and we filled the pool, the pool slid on the concrete ring about 4 inches, 2 of our pool pylons are almost floating off the ring. After calling we were told that this was normal. No it isn't, if we lose this pool after being told that this was normal and that it should hold then we will file. This pool has been in very rough shape since and nobody has come out ... read more
Great service! Friendly staff!
To get our pool to a fully finished state has been almost a full year of back and forth. We put the pool in at the end of the season last year and when it was opened this year in April we realized it wasn’t complete. Half the top panels to cover the bolts were not there, we didn’t know the salt system wasn’t hooked up and laying in mud behind our pool and there is so many dips on the bottom it’s hard to clean. They finally fixed our salt system yesterday.
