Im new to having a pool, so ive had a ton of questions over the course of the season. Aloha has been great through the season with water testing and being patient with all of my questions. For the closing, the guy didnt show up. I had even called to verify twice that day, but was a no show. He came the following day, after i went in and advised them of the no show. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Aloha. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to explain everything—from water testing to the best products for your pool. Friendly service, fair prices, and a family atmosphere. Highly recommend to any pool owner!

We had a great experience with Aloha pools. Started with KC & Jeremy given us all the information & keeping us updated about the pool. Lucas & his crew were absolutely wonderful setting up the pool & explaining everything we needed to do. Even how to close it! Lucas was professional & skilled on his work. Did a fantastic job!
My 100,000 indoor, in ground pool is leaking. Called 5x and spoke to Bob who said I needed to talk to Casey- manager of repairs and maintenance. Never called me. Neither of them. Called again today- Bob says…” Casey didn’t call you? Oh, I’m sorry about that. Yeah, we don’t do that work and you need to call Union City Aloha Pools to get an estimate for repairs.” First- the sales receipt shows the pool was paid to Paducah Aloha Pools.
