Only interacted with Christina and David, but they were phenomenal. Helped me out big time while I was stuck on deployment, too. If I could rate higher than five stars, I would!
I would just like to say how disappointed we are with Imelda! We attempted to purchase a property she listed on the Big Island on Vanda Dr., and she told our agent that the owner would except no less than the listing price. Five months later we find out that she has sold the property for $10K under asking!?! We would have been more than happy to negotiate a reasonable offer on the property, but the fact that she would not even except it a starting offer is just unacceptable!!! Terrible experience. David was incredibly rude and unprofessional. In one conversation he even hung up on the other agent mid sentence. Would not recommend.
