I went in there yesterday and a tech that I got what's so horrible when he was buffing my nails he was hitting on my hair and my nails were hurting he got mad cuz I asked if someone else can paint my nails after I asked him that I saw his face and he was really upset at the end he punched my hand and told me to go wash my hand was just water I got really upset and I walked up to the gentleman in front so I could just pay and I didn't even want to get my nails painted no more I left a really upset he did a horrible horrible j... read more

So hospitable and attentive. They make sure you get exactly what you want and let you know about pricing up front. This is my new spot. I didn't have to ask for water, they check in through out the entire process, the service was fast and accurate. I'll still be going here even when I move to North Phoenix. I love this place. The decorations are gorgeous yet simple & the atmosphere is open and relaxing
