The cleaning crew (a young couple) that showed up to deep clean my house were not professional cleaners. I knew when I saw the cleaning supplies they brought they did not know what a deep clean was. I called Aloha and changed to a basic cleaning which was no problem. But I soon found out they couldn't even do a basic cleaning decently.
