During the pandemic we noticed our previous cleaners stopped wearing a mask and the detail had really declined. We are very happy with Aloha Maids, the cleaner ******* is very hard working, thoughtful and courteous.
The cleaning crew (a young couple) that showed up to deep clean my house were not professional cleaners. I knew when I saw the cleaning supplies they brought they did not know what a deep clean was. I called Aloha and changed to a basic cleaning which was no problem. But I soon found out they couldn't even do a basic cleaning decently. After they left I had to go in and scrub my shower floors (after I had asked them to go over them a second time), clean under my bathroom counter, scrub my stove top, and more.
