Uncomfortable customer service experience from the start. Set up an appointment to view a car and was bombarded with texts, calls, and emails from a team of 10+ people. They didn't answer my questions or reassure me about their current lot inventory. They pushed me to come in earlier to trade in my vehicle. All-in-all, never felt like I was being listened to or cared about in terms of my preferences.
Had a great experience here with Chelsea! After dealing with the trauma from a car accident, safety was a top concern of mine and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone here was nice to work with, no pressure and helped me get exactly what I needed! Thank you so much!
