Called service on 1/24 about 12:40ish. Very satisfied w/ Tama's customer service & prompt CB. This afternoon car would not start! The part I'm Not happy is the vehicle is a 2022 soul whereby the battery probably has to be replaced! I maintain the vehicle w/ regular service chks. The last chk was 11/2024 & battery was fine! This is the 2nd time my 2022 soul battery is needing replacement! My previous 2011 soul I may have replaced battery twice & Not within it's first 5yrs! Waited over a month and finally got appointment. Five days later they still have not worked on my 2016 KIA Soul. Why schedule service when you cannot complete the work in a timely manner. No loaner. 6 weeks no transportation. No reimbursment for time sent without my vehicle.
