pleasant atmosphere pleasant salesperson very knowledgeable, however wait time was 4 plus hours
This is a review of the service department. Overall I have had a good experience so far. Jay and Manu have both been very helpful. My only complaints are that it is often nearly impossible to get through by phone and recently I experienced a lack of communication while waiting several weeks longer than expected, however, it was resolved once I was able to reach someone directly.

I am writing this review to warn future buyers about the unacceptable customer service I experienced with salesperson K at Aloha Kia Airport. I negotiated the price via email beforehand and arrived early with a cashier's check, expecting a smooth transaction.
