My Kia has been out of commission for 10 months with engine failure. It took 2-3 months to get an appointment before they finally took it in. It took another 3 months for them to submit their initial findings to the warranty company who immediately denied it because the dealership put in the wrong mileage and said the fluids were low (they were all good when the engine first failed).
