Nice people, reasonably priced with good turnaround times
I do NOT recommend this dry cleaner. I called and asked what they would charge for cleaning a king size down comforter. The price seemed reasonable so I took the comforter to them in a bag. I showed the clerk (owner?) a stain and a small hole. He said he would have the cleaning team take a look. The next day I got a text saying it couldn't be cleaned without a repair and did I want an estimate from their seamstress. I said I wanted an estimate. Absolutely unacceptable！Ridiculous way of using paper clips on my coat. Have been using dry clean for 10+ years and this is the first time seeing this. This is really unprofessional.
