This is a little late, but I had an issue with one of my blinds about a month ago. Keith diagnosed the problem over the phone and indicated he would order the part and give me a call to schedule the repair. A few hours later I received a phone call from Keith and he said the part was ordered. A few days later Keith arrived at my home, part in hand and ready to go! Aloha Blinds installed our blinds nearly 10 years ago and did a fantastic job (it was different owners then but Tim & Keith have provided excellent service since). We just had one of our side doors replaced and somehow when the contractor swapped the blind to the new door, one side no longer stayed up. Tim came out right away, fixed the blind, and didn’t even charge us even though it was no fault of theirs. That is outstanding customer service, above and beyond! Very satisfied with my recent experience with Aloha Blinds in Bend. I wasn't sure exactly what we wanted to go with at first, but Keith was so helpful at recommending several different options and understanding our need to stay on budget. Overall, very professional and easy to work with.
We decided to have Aloha Blinds provide us with blinds. We had other quotes that had similar products but aloha was cheaper. Sad to say but now we know why. After 2 weeks most of the blinds started to break down. Tried to call to get someone to come fix the blinds but there was no answer or a returned call back. I'm not tiring to be a negative person, just need everyone to know I am now happy with aloha blinds. Now I know why why everyone else was more $$. We are now having to pay for blinds twice.
